When I try to install; installer completes reporting no errors, But, NP window show zero traffic and windows network manager shows heavy traffic. I sent an email to support but mailbox is full. Does anyone know how to configure NP for Win10?

I installed NetPeeker3.50 on my windows 10, and it crashes coming out of hibernation, and at startup. The error says Exception: system thread no handled. Netpeeker.sys Now I've tried several time to send an email to technical support with no success, it says undeliverable. I like the software which is why I purchased it, but I can't get any support for this error.
