i was so happy to find a program that allowed me to limit my upload bandwidth. and even happier to find that it worked. but then it gave me 3 BSOD within an hour or so and i had to uninstall it. im not sure what kind of details i can give you that might help diagnose and fix this problem, but the BSOD definitely named netpeeker as the cause of the problem. such a shame really. if u can direct me to log files or something i can paste/email to you i would be glad to help.
i use windows 2k with service pack 3 and run kerio personal firewall [formally tiny]. i turned off all firewall features in netpeeker and used it solely for bandwidth limiting. i was using kazaa and emule at the time of the crash.
good luck fixing these problems and maybe i can return to netpeeker in the future.

Sorry for the bug. By help of Ferry, I finally fixed this problem (I cannot duplicate it on my PC). Please try the new version2.51
