showing wrong speed 4 dc++ => throttle not working

Using netpeeker 2.83 and for some reason it shows the wrong speed for my dc++ uploads and downloads making the throttle worthless..
But download speeds for Internet Explorer for instance is correct.

When dc++ is showing maybe download speed of 70 kB/s, netpeeker is showing 0 or in best case 300 B/s...
In netpeeker 'details' it looks as if the only connections available is the connections the the hubs i'm connected to, not connections to individual users im downloading or uploading to.

For comparison i tested DU Meter. DU is showing the exact same speed as dc++..

anyone with similar problems?
what could be wrong?

Tried to reinstall both dc++ and netpeeker with no effect...

i use np for dc++ too and it works perfectly.

What about other TCP apps? (FTP, ssh, etc) Works find on my PC with Strongdc++,DC++, and the rest.
