Hi again.
If your running Norton Anti virus 2003 and Netpeeker (2.52. Tested and confirmed on 2 systesm.) After some time is passed you will no longer be able to to check your e-mail. Somehow the mix of netpeeker and the Norton e-mail proxy creates problems. YOu have to stop norton anti virus from checking incomming/outgoing e-mails if you want to contiue to download your e-mails.

I use NetPeeker 2.53 and NAV 2003 with Outlook Express 6 I have no problems, you described, but in my case BlocRules ignores my custom setting and doesn't prevent access to/from unwanted domain addresses. Perhaps the running ZonAlarm 3.7.143 interferes with NetPeeker? --Gennadii

I can verify this problem. After a while, email downloads are blocked. Tested this on two XP systems, with Outlook XP, Outlook Express, Eudora, Spamkiller.
