Hi,
I tried to use NetPeeker 2.53 to limit upload bandwidth for Bittorrent 3.x. After about 30 seconds my computer hangs, but if I do not restrict Bittorrent upload speed than everything works just fine.
Please, look into this issue. Or maybe somebody has the same problem and already solved it?
